Donkey Kong Returns, Gran Turismo 5, and Michael Jackson

Nov 18, 2010

Keep up-to-date with all the latest video game releases! Kidzworld has all the latest games to keep watch for. This week, we preview Donkey Kong Returns, Gran Turismo 5, and Michael Jackson!

Donkey Kong Country Returns

This week, it's on like Donkey Kong! You control Donkey and Diddy in this retro 2.5D platformer as they take on the evil Tikis of the Tiki Tak Tribe. Bring along a friend so you can control Donkey and Diddy on-screen at the same time for the first time in the DK Country series. Lots of fan favorite classic elements have returned to help you beat the Tikis, including Cranky Kong's shop, animal helpers Rambi and Squawks, and secret rocket barrels that can send your character all the way through the stage!

Gran Turismo 5

Gaming's greatest racing simulator is FINALLY coming out with a new installment, and man, what a feature list I have to get through. If I take in a big breath, maybe I can get through it quick enough. We've got realistic vehicle damage, NASCAR featuring Jeff Gordon, 1000 cars to choose from, go-kart racing, the Top Gear race track, online free track days, and 3DTV support. Combine all those new features with the best racing simulation gameplay and the chance to become a professional race car driver through the new GT Academy, and you have me way too excited to get my hands on this game.

Michael Jackson The Experience

Now you can recreate the King of Pop's singing and dancing moves with Michael Jackson The Experience for the Wii and DS. With 4-player multiplayer and a Michael's School mode to teach you all the right moves for each song, this game promises to teach you how to work it like the real thing. A killer tracklist including Bad, Beat It, Billie Jean, Smooth Criminal, and even Thriller will really get you and your friends moving when it comes out next week.
