The Best Game Trailers of March... So Far

Mar 14, 2014

March is a month with not only a lot of great game releases, including the much hyped Titanfall and Yoshi's New Island but one also jam-packed with great announcement trailers for what's to come later this year.

There's too many to show them all, but we've put together a few of the stand-out trailers for you to catch up on in case you've missed them. It's a good time to be a gamer. (Trailers represent games rated E - M)

Yoshi's New Island Launch Trailer

Not the most exciting trailer as far as action goes, but Nintendo's launch trailer for Yoshi's New island paints a nice picture of the game, showing off the incredible art style and zany level designs. Look for Kidzworlds review of Yoshi's New Island on Monday!

Titanfall Xbox One Launch Trailer

This is a great trailer, packing loads of action and adrenaline. Titanfall, released this week on Xbox One and PC to fantastic reviews and the launch trailer shows plenty of reasons to get excited about Titanfall if you enjoy shooters, mech games, or even parkour ala Mirror's Edge. Watch this trailer and drool.

LEGO The Hobbit Trailer #3

Inspired by heist films such Ocean's Eleven, this latest trailer for LEGO The Hobbit is as fun as it gets. LEGO The Hobbit looks to bring the charm that TT Games is known for back, after said charm was missing from their latest, The LEGO Movie Videogame.

Batman: Arkham Knight Announcement Trailer

Wow, what a way to reveal to the world that you are working on a new Batman game. Rocksteady, the Arkham franchise developer was pretty quiet on what it was up to. But there is no questioning it now. Rocksteady unleashed this gorgeous CG trailer. It shows no in-game footage whatsoever, but it oozes with cool and makes any self respecting Batman fan quiver with excitement. Batman is back and coming only to next-gen consoles this year.

Strike Suit Zero PS4 Trailer

Console gamers have yet to experience the high flying space combat of Strike Suit Zero but that will soon change. Released on PC last year, Strike Suit Zero is coming to next-gen consoles with a load of updates and enhancements and the recent March trailer showing the game in action on PS4 is a slick one, showing off a 60 fps bullet hell. Aerial combat games like this are too few and far between on consoles, I'm looking forward to playing this one.

Watch Dogs Story Trailer

After going dark for months, Ubisoft not only unleashed a brand new trailer this month, but they also confirmed the game is coming soon. This upcoming May, we'll be able to hack into the virtual Chicago Ubisoft has created to cause all sorts of open-world mayhem. For more details, read our latest Watch_Dogs updates here.

So there you have it. Kidzworld's picks for the best game trailers of March...So far.
