Bakugan: Champions of Vestroia Coming to Switch!

Get ready to collect and become a champion this November

Jul 13, 2020

Fans of the widely popular anime-collectathon series Bakugan will be excited to learn that a brand new game based on the franchise is set to arrive on Nintendo Switch this year. Titled Bakugan: Champions of Vestoria, the new game looks to be taking a few ideas from Pokemon with a fully 3D world and tactical, strategy-based battles.

Become Champion

Champions of Vestoria will feature a brand new story instead of adapting any current ones from the anime. It is up to the player to explore the city’s various districts and become champion. But first, there are quests to complete, characters to meet, and brawls to win. The game features an in-depth single-player, but you can also take your team of Bakugan online, and take on your friends.

Battles are huge, with massive Bakugan squaring off as your human character watches from below. Pokemon Sword and Shield tried their hand at massive monster face-offs with the Dynamax transformations, but huge monsters are Bakugan’s staple. As the player, it is up to you to collect and build your team of three Bakugan to take into battle. The game launches exclusively on the Nintendo Switch on November 3rd, 2020.
