Microsoft's smokin' hot Xbox 360 game console is an awesome game machine and it just got better! Microsoft doesn't just want you playing Xbox 360 games, they want you to be able to make Xbox 360 games. They're launching the "XNA Game Studio Express" program, which you'll be able to download for free and run on your PC, so anybody can get their hands on the tools to design games.
