Air Hogs Aero Ace R/C Plane Review

Take to the air with this remote control plane from Spin Master and test your flying skills. Here’s our review.

Roaring into the sky on twin propellers the Air Hogs Aero Ace remote control airplanes are turbo powered toys! They come in different colors and shapes, from jet fighters to biplanes and more. Each one is made of sturdy foam and loaded with two propellers. The engines charge from the remote control, giving you 10 minutes of airtime for a 15-minute charge. Having two engines really gives you great performance too - once you get the hang of flying an Aero Ace you can manoeuvre it though turns, flips and more. The easy controls make them great for first-time flyers, and the high-quality engines are fantastic for building custom projects - you can pull them out of the Aero Ace with a bit of work (call dad for an assist here!) and then make all sorts of stuff fly. These are the best remote control planes for enthusiasts of any skill level!

Thumbs Up:

  • Really durable.
  • Perfect for beginner flyers!
  • The engines are awesome, even for other plane projects.
  • Really cheap for a RC plane.
  • Easy to control once you get the hang of it.
  • Thumbs Down:

  • It takes an hour or two to learn the controls.
