Rating the New NBA Uniforms

Many NBA teams have a new look to go with the new season. Kidzworld rates some of the newest uniforms in the League!

New Orleans Hornets

New Orleans Hornets The New Orleans Hornets are taking their new look old school by wearing uniforms that are very similar to the jerseys worn by the Charlotte Hornets. The same era in the early '90s when the tea had players like Larry Johnson and Alonzo Mourning. For the past half decade, the Hornets have gone more with the Mardi Gras colors of green, yellow and purple. The new Hornets jersey combines a little bit of both. You got the teal uni's with the pin stripes, but you add a little of the New Orleans' flavor by adding a little yellow. The new look definitely looks good and you can count on millions of kids wearing Chris Paul's new look jersey!

  • Oklahoma City Thunder

Oklahoma City Thunder Well it isn't the ugliest jersey we have ever seen, it is pretty darn close! Free from the Seattle Sonics, the Oklahoma Thunder had a great opportunity to create any uniform they wanted with any color. What they picked was a big time disappointment. The colors are too bright and the logo is too plain. We can't imagine anybody would have the guts to actually wear these terrible looking uni's on the street. Oklahoma City had a chance to create something awesome, and they pretty much blew it!

  • Minnesota Timberwolves

Minnesota Timberwolves Looking at the Minnesota Timberwolves' new uni's, you notice there isn't much of a difference. Gone is the tree pattern outlining the neck area and in is the new silver, black and green pattern that runs down the side of the jersey. The logo across the middle is a little bigger and different from the last jersey. But other than that, the jersey is pretty similar than the last one. The jersey doesn't look horrible, but it doesn't look outstanding either. In our opinion, it is probably better for the T-Wolves to get a new logo and color scheme.

  • Sacramento Kings

Sacramento Kings Juts like the T-Wolves, the Sacramento Kings' new threads just got a slight makeover. The colors and basic design are pretty much the same thing. Like Minnesota's new uni's, the Kings' jersey has a larger logo in the front and the large color pattern on the side of the jersey. Nothing outstanding, just a little touch up.

  • Orlando Magic

Orlando Magic Just like the Kings and Timberwolves, the Magic have styled their jerseys to the newest trend. They added pinstripes and also made their logo larger and have the big side pattern. While it is not the most creative changes, it is definitely a good look.
