The main cover has a raised-effect Tyrannosaurus rex on it – run your fingers over it to feel the scaled. With shiny gold lettering across the front, this is a really good-looking book, inside and out.
Crack open the cover and you’re in for a real treat. The contents of this book are designed to look like the research notebook or field guide of a retired paleontologist. The contents are breathtaking. The book is beautifully illustrated by Robert Nicholls and James Robins – all the different dinosaurs described inside come alive in full color and tons of detail.
