Forget waving around wands and making furniture. In EA’s latest adventure, MySims Agents, you play a super-spy who’s got sleek hair, a snazzy suit and a private chopper who gets caught up in the mystery surrounding the evil Morcubus of MorcuCorp. You also get to try your hand at puzzles that are fun to solve but not a chore to play.

Spy Story

MySims Agents lets you (as is usual with MySims) customize your character’s hair, skin color, clothes and voice. You can also unlock costumes and other cool gear throughout the game. The adventure starts with a graphic novel-like opening narrated by Buddy, who plays your hilarious sidekick.

You’ll start off by solving small cases, like finding out who left flowers on Shirley's doorstep or who stole Gino's maps. As you get better and better solving cases, the bigger story will begin to unravel and you'll be recruited to become a real special agent, which allows you to explore exotic locations to find out more about Morcubus.

It’s All In The Details

MySims Agents includes tons of small details and funny animations that really make this game special. For example, as you’re walking around doing your spy-work you can stop to grab a snow cone, jump in a hot tub or juggle apples you find at a fruit stand. Maybe the most fun thing to do in this (that doesn’t have anything to do with solving any big mysteries or anything, that is) is wandering around and talking to people just to hear the quirky things they’ll say back to you!

Other than that, it’s important to note that, unlike other MySims games there’s much less focus in MySims Agents on building. This is a laid-back adventure where you can explore different areas carefully, talk to the locals and pick up clues to help solve a mystery.
