The flick is about Arnold living with his grand 'rents in a tight community in the middle of a huge city. When the powerful Mr. Scheck wants to knock down their neighborhood in order to build a "mall-plex", it's up to Arnold and the crew to save the day!

Arnold, a football-headed forth grader, his best bud Gerald and Helga, the girl who's ready to kill or kiss him at any given moment, get help from the high-tech superhero Bridget and the eccentric, but loving, neighbours to try to keep the bulldozers out and save the 'hood.
