College basketball has never felt as close to the real thing.

College basketball has never felt as close to the real thing. NCAA Basketball 10 brings the energy of the college atmosphere, in stadiums where the home crowd is electric, to the Xbox 360 with authentic ESPN/CBS Sports presentation for an unparalleled immersive college basketball experience.

Big Ten

All of your favourite NCAA teams are here, from the ACC to the Big Ten, and though the player names are absent because of their amateur status, all their stats, including their major, are accurate. Armchair coaches will find all the strategies they could fathom, allowing you to choose an offense that best suits you and your players styles. One of the more unique features of NCAA Basketball 10 is the “True Home Court Advantage” which turns the home stadium into a high energy atmosphere, making home victories sweeter and away wins far more difficult to come by.

Shoot the Rock

This game controls and flows well, with the pacing far less run-and-gun than the NBA game and much more focused on defense, just like the real leagues. Pick and roll or swat at the ball, jumping up for a block to keep the ball from getting near your hoop. Offense is a breeze as you can easily make outlet passes to streaking players looking for the soaring dunk.

Pick up Game

Any college basketball fan will most likely already own the game, but for those who have yet to do so, you can do no wrong with NCAA Basketball 10. This is the best college hoops came out there, though it’s not as deep and doesn’t offer as many modes as NBA Live, so if you’re just looking for a good-playing basketball title, Live may be a better route. As is, college fans and basketball fans alike should enjoy NCAA Basketball 10.
