TV Cameras, Lights, Cheers From Thousands Of People make a proud moment for anyone who wants to represent their Country at the Olympics. So where does the Journey begin? How old do you have to be when you start Training? What are the Costs And Sacrifices that someone has to go through to go after an Olympic Gold Medal?

It begins with that Dream. As soon as you see yourself performing at the Olympics in some kind of Sport, your journey to a Gold Medal has begun. Well, it’s not that easy… Now comes the hard part. Most Olympic Athletes train everyday. They have strict programs with hours of training. Most sports require the athletes to implement all aspects of physical and mental abilities. That means, to excel at the sport you chose, you don’t just practice the sport, but you get your Body And Mind In Top Shape.

There is so much competition to get into the Olympics, that parents are getting their children to start training before they even get into school. But don’t let that worry you. Sometimes putting children into Training too early can lead to that child not wanting to perform because of the pressures and lack of a normal life. I mostly play midfield and Left back.   occasionally I play out on the wing.

No it isn't, I play soccer and I beat all the guys in soccer in my homebase and they don't play soccer, so your wrong, oh and I forgot that lots of other girls that play soccer love it and are good at it, even if they are not good at it some think that it is a really fun sport.
