From Gossip Girl to Rock Chick!

We loved watching Jenny Humphrey get into trouble on Gossip Girl but most people don’t know that Taylor’s first love has always been music! Her rock band The Pretty Reckless was signed to Interscope Records in 2009 and she’s been touring and releasing songs ever since!

Taylor’s Grunge Look

We’ve noticed Taylor’s style has changed drastically in the last few years from sweet and innocent floral dresses to black leather, fishnet stockings, black boots and loads of black eyeliner! Taylor manages to wear a lot of black clothing without looking too dark and goth looking because she still keeps her clothing pretty feminine looking!

A black biker jacket is a must have to throw over anything from a t-shirt and jeans to a white summer dress! Add a pair of cool vintage Doc Martens, black ankle boots and denim shorts if it’s hot out! Taylor loves vintage band t-shirts and fitted black skirts and dresses. Jeans are always skinny and the more distressed they look the better!

Taylor’s Beauty Routine

Taylor keeps her hair long and often styles it wavy when she’s out and about and onstage. Her makeup can look a bit extreme sometimes so don’t put so much eye make up on! If you want to do a subtle smoky eye just line your eyes with black eyeliner and gently smudge it. Keep your lips glossy and nude. Oh and black nail polish is a must - alternate colors are beige, grey or keep it clear!
