Swimming Pool Games

Summer is finally here and lots of you are probably heading to the swimming poolto have fun! But wait! If you want to have even more fun, there are some cool games that you and your friends can play at your next pool party. Check out these three swimming pool games!

Marco Polo

The legendary pool party game is called Marco Polo. One person is chosen to be Marco. Everyone else are Polo’s. Marco closes his or her eyes or is blindfolded. When Marco yells “Marco” everyone else has to yell “Polo.” Then Marco tries to tag someone in the swimming pool by listening to where they are. When Marco tags someone, that person becomes Marco. Marco can also yell “FISH OUT OF WATER” and if anyone has moved out of the pool, they are it.

Beach Ball Bonanza

Another great swimming pool game is called Beach Ball Bonanza. Everyone is given a huge beachball to hold on to with their arms. The point of this game is to bump other players into touching the sides of the pool. BUT you cannot use your hands or feet to bump other kids. If someone gets bumped into the wall, they must sit out of the game until the next round. The last person in the game wins.

Diving For Treasure

The third top pool game is called Diving for Treasure. Pick one person to be the sea monster. Then throw fake gold coins into the swimming pool. Everyone must try to dive for the gold coins without getting tagged by the sea monster. If they get tagged, they must drop the coin back into the water and wait ten seconds before joining the game again. The coins that are collected can be set in different piles by the edge of the pool. When all of the coins have been collected, the kid with the most coins wins!

It's definitely an American thing - here in Australia we have like no Cheerleaders or Cheerleading groups. I think it's a sport but I'm not really into it. I think any girls or boys can do it. :3

Sure, many girls can fight, in fact some can fight really well, however it is a fact that women are generally physically weaker than men, which means that if a healthy male and a healthy female were to fight then the outcome wouldn't be 50/50 but rather 25/75 if even that much, this assumes that both the male and female have the same experience, training and of course both are healthy. This doesn't mean that women are inferior to men, but I am just pointing out facts, the notion that men and women are exactly the same and should be carrying out the same tasks is ridiculous.
