Top 10 Ways to Spend Time With Family

Spending time with family doesn't have to be a bore, it can be as fun and meaningful as you make it. Check out the top 10 ways to spend time with family and turn all your family time into fun time!

No.10: Homework Help

Asking your parents or siblings for help or input on your homework assignments is a great way to not only get better grades, but to spend time together.

No.9: Swimming with Siblings

With summer just around the corner there no better way to spend time together in the heat than taking a dip in the local pool with your siblings or checking out the old watering hole.

No.8: Treat Yourself!

Make checking out the latest restaurants or ice cream parlours a family event, so you can all feel good about seeing each other and trying something new.

No.7:  Quiet Time

Sometimes you don't have to say a word when you're spending time with someone you're close to. You can read together, chill out and listen to music or even solve a puzzle together.

No.6: Holiday Hijinx

Going on vacation and exploring new places and things is a great way to bond with your family and create memories that are unique to you!

No.5: Sports Day

If your family is active, try playing a sport together like tennis, softball, or basketball. If team sports are "not your speed" how about running together?

No.4: Camping

The great outdoors is just that, great! Convince your family that taking off for the mountains and trees for the weekend is just what you need.

No.3: Museum Mayhem

Every city has its own special sights and museums. Why not use these as a way to spend time together, you can learn something new and there's usually something of interest at most museums for everyone in your family.

No.2: Board Game Bonanza

Shouting, laughing, winning - these are just a few things that will happen if you organise a family game night. There's nothing like a little friendly competition to find out what tricks your family members may have up their sleeves.

No.1: Mealtime Moments

Work, soccer practice, piano recitals - there can be all sorts of reasons and excuses not to eat together, but eating breakfast or dinner together is a great way to make time to talk to your parents and siblings about how their day is going and what's happening in their lives.

No matter what you do, you know your family best, so just find an activity that you can agree on and you're bound to have fun!

Daydreaming, or dreaming at the night is not really something I ever though about. Yes, I daydream a lot, and dream at the night a lot too. I think I prefer dreaming at the night because the dreams are more intense, and they help a lot with my personal business. (May be to complicated to understand.) Daydreaming is cool too, but it isn't very intense.
