Jashaun Agosto Biography

Dec 14, 2012

The most exciting basketball player in the World isn't Lebron James anymore... it's a grade 9 teenager in Seattle Washington by the name of Jashaun Agosto. You have to see Jashaun play to believe just how good this little guy is. He's probably got more HYPE than any athlete in the history of sports... yeah, he's that good! But Jashaun is all that and more, he isn't letting the hype get to him as he puts his religion, family and school before everything... what a kid!

  • Name: Jashaun Agosto
  • Age: 14
  • Grade: 9
  • Home: Seattle, WA
  • Sport: Basketball
  • Favorite Subject: Basketball

Jashaun was born to play basketball. He was on a basketball team in kindergarten. Then his school got him on the competitive teams and Jashaun told his dad he needed to get better and they went on a strict training program. Check it out:

Don't Believe the Hype

The HYPE can be a dangerous thing, especially when there is so much pressure in sports such as basketball. Jashaun received recruiting information from UCLA when he was only 11 years old. He's been a guest on Ellen and he even has a commercial with Doritos. It's obvious that his skills are amazing, so can we believe the Hype? Jashaun has his own twitter account so maybe he doesn't mind all the hype. He's got over 2000 followers and lots of support. It will be really interesting to see if Jashaun can live up to his expectations of becoming a NBA basketball player.

I'm ten.  And almost any trick in the book.  I can do no foot and no hands at the same time, can do over 200 jumps, can go up and down a curb, can go off a curb with no hands, and can do the twister.  Although, today I'm having a mental block with the twister. xD    Oh yeah, and I forgot like the jump within a jump, and the split jump.

Uhmm the only way I think you can convince them is by just telling them you really enjoy pogosticking and then just ask them if they can get ya one. Yeah, I guess so.  But I doubt without persuasion they would get me one.  Those things are a parent's nightmare.  (Lost teeth, broken arm, etc. xD) True, true. Maybe you can make a deal with them? Like, "If I get all A's by the end of the school year can i get this pogostick?" or "If I do yardwork for the next *blah blah blah* weeks can I get this pogostick?" You can butter 'em up before you ask too.   I'm homeschooled. :P
