Hi Gary,

I really need help with Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. I am in a cellar-type room where gnomes keep appearing out of a hole in the wall. There are four fire-filled wells and boulders have to fall down to fill them. I can do the first one and then that's it. I can't kill the gnomes quick enough to knock down the boulder. Is there a trick to it? Do I have to kill all the gnomes? I can't throw them like I did in the beginning in the Weasley's garden. If I throw them, they land by the wells, I have to run back down the slope to pick them up and throw them in. Once I've done that more of them appear! Please help, I'm totally stuck.

So you're stuck on the Expelliarmus challenge are you? Don't worry, here are some tips & secrets on how to beat it:

When you enter the room with the four spiked balls, the imps and the ramps, you have to drop the balls into the pits by lowering them then cutting the chain with Diffindo. To lower the balls, press the buttons on the ramps. To get further up the ramps, drop the imps into the cages and the sliding blocks will lower so you can pass them.

You'll have to work your way up the ramp, locking up the imps, pressing the buttons and using Diffindo to drop the spiked balls, as you go. Once you get the hang of it, it's not too hard and you'll get all the way up to the top and through the door. You may have some trouble aiming the Diffindo properly - it's a little tricky but if you keep trying, you'll get it.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is to easy. I think that it should be made two games, one for 11 and down and one for 12 and up! By the way I'm 15.
