Garys got the 411 on the iBOTZ educational robot kits that let you build your own super robot!

There's not a heck of a lot that's cooler than your very own robot servant that beats up bullies, cleans your room and does your homework for you. Well, iBOTZ robots won't do that, but they'll give you a chance to build a robot and see how it works. Unfortunately, there are about a billion and a half problems that make these educational robot toys about as much fun as visiting the dentist.

iBOTZ Good News

The best news about the iBOTZ robots is that they'll never rise up and take over the world like robots from a cheesy sci-fi movie. The iBOTZ robot kits you can build will teach you some cool stuff about electronics and engineering. Plus, your new robots will move around, avoid obstacles and respond to some of your commands. Well, they're supposed to...

iBOTZ Bad News

Unfortunately, iBOTZ robot kits are full of problems. The instructions are super-cheap and make building the toy robot a pain in the butt. And, once you've put your robot kit together, they barely work. The iBOTZ robots also cost serious bling bling!

iBOTZ Bottom Line

Learning about robots while you build them is totally cool. Unfortunately, the guys and gals at iBOTZ should pick up a LEGO Spybotics kit and learn how to make fun robots.
