Drew Barrymore's marriage to Tom Green lasted six months, Jennifer Lopez's vows to Cris Judd lasted nine, but Britney Spears' marriage was only 55 hours. Get the scoop on celebrity minute-marriages.

'Til death do us part? Well, apparently in Hollywood that wedding vow actually means, "'Til things get sorta rough, I get bored, or I find somebody better." Take a peek at some of the many celebrity marriages that lasted only months, weeks, days or hours!

Britney Spears & Jason Allen Alexander

These two were married for a grand total of 55 hours. Britney Spears and her Kentwood, Louisianna buddy Jason Allen Alexander, got hitched late one night in Las Vegas. Britney wore ripped jeans and a baseball cap - classy! Fifty-five hours later the two were given an anullment - which means that legally, the marriage never happened. What the heck was that all about?

Jennifer Lopez & Cris Judd

Diva, Jennifer Lopez, was married to her back-up dancer, Cris Judd in September 2001. Nine months later, in June 2002, J. Lo dumped her second husband like out-of-season shoes. This baffled a lot of fans because just a few short weeks before the break-up was made public, Jennifer Lopez told Eonline, "Cris brings serenity into my world. In the midst of the crazy storm that is my life, his love is what I need most of all." Then, less than a month after the split was anounced - and before the divorce even happened - Jennifer Lopez was engaged to her Jersey Girl and Gigli co-star, Ben Affleck. Apparently what Jennifer Lopez really needs is as much attention, with as many different guys, as possible.

Brandy & Robert Smith

R&B singer and actress, Brandy, announced in the fall of 2001 that she had secretely gotten hitched to record producer Robert Smith that summer. After less than two years of marriage, on June 27, 2003, Brandy announced that she and Robert were a done deal. A lot of rumors flew around as to the reasons why but no one is talking, except to say that they will jointly raise their baby girl, Sy'rai.

Drew Barrymore and Tom Green

Tom Green and Drew Barrymore were married for less than six months in 2001. This crazy couple joked about being married for months, and then finally tied the knot for real. A couple months later, Barrymore and Green split due to "irreconcilable differences." Their divorce was made final in December 2001.

Tell us what you think about these quickie celeb marriages?

1 Tom Green is so cute and Drew Barrymore had a good man standing in her face. Tom Green is so so so so so cute. Go Tom Green you are still cute. There are other women in he sea. Whatever that means.

I am tied for nick and disney. I like nick for the fact that it had some good shows like Fairly Oddparents. disney had good shows that brings back good memories but it now has stupid shows with screaming children and overall loud voices, in a bad way.

It depends. I prefer the older shows on Disney and Nick. Most shows that are on Disney and Nick today are stupid in my opinion, If I would watch anything it would be Spongebob and the older shows on Nick and Disney. I can't decide.
