EA's Street video games are all about playing ball with the stars of the game before they were the stars. NBA Street V3 takes the biggest basketball stars of today, yesterday and the Mushroom Kingdom and tosses 'em into a video game for the Playstation 2, Xbox and Gamecube. Here's the scoop on it with our game review.

NBA Street V3's Got Game Features!

This game is all about three-on-three b-ball with the coolest players ever, or even b-ball players you've made up yourself. NBA Street V3 covers all the basics with four-player multiplayer, tons of game modes, the hottest b-ball players, extreme moves and a rockin' soundtrack. You can even pump up the skills of your fave player, improve their style by earning street points and tap into your inner fashion diva by makin' your very own street wear for your players.

Takin' it to the Court in Style with NBA Street V3!

The basics of basketball are crucial, but NBA Street V3 takes it up a notch with wicked new extras. Here's a list of the gaming goodness you can unleash on your friends.
  • Trick Stick - Hit the trick stick to kick in crazy stunts on the offense or defense.
  • Dunk Contests - No game, just style. Use props, combos, stunts, tricks and all your b-ball gamin' skills to pull off the fanciest dunk ever.
  • Unleash the Beast! - Well, the Beastie Boys. These musical bad boys are waiting to unleash their mad b-ball skills on your game, you just need to unlock 'em first.
  • Team Nintendo - NBA Street V3 on the Gamecube has three players from the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach are ready to bring their game to the court.
  • Take it to the Net - The Internet that is. NBA Street V3 on the PS2 and Xbox can be taken online for serious multiplayer gaming.

    NBA Street V3 Game Problems!

The biggest issue with NBA Street V3 is that the Gamecube version can't go online - you get Mario, Luigi and Princess Peach instead. Other little problems include that the custom studio where you make your own bball player is slow and that you have to dig for the tutorials if you're a first-time player.

This game rocks! It's packed with style, plays any way you want and includes everything you need to hit the courts with the biggest basketball stars of today and yesterday. If you dig basketball, decide whether you want to play online, or with the Mushroom Kingdom all-stars, and grab a copy today!
