What's New in EA's NCAA Football 06?

Rather than just controlling a team, NCAA Football 06 puts you in the game by letting you create your very own star player. You get to check out his dorm room, read his fan mail, see pics of his girlfriend, and score him trophies - including the Heisman Trophy! You also get to manage a team of potential football all-stars as you rule the gridiron.

What's Cool in EA's NCAA Football 06?

Getting so up-close and personal with your very own football player gives NCAA Football 06 a Final Fantasy-ish role-playing angle, which is cool. It's also an awesome football game with a really cool slo-mo, zoom-in feature that lets you watch killer tackles in all their glory.

Does EA's NCAA Football 06 Fumble?

There are two fumbles in this game, the first is the graphics. They aren't awful, but they aren't pretty either. It's like someone attacked the game with steel wool and left it scratchy and rough. The tunes are a bit wacky as well, they're all over the map and don't work very well.

Is EA's NCAA Football 06 A Touchdown?

Aw. Yeah. NCAA Football 06 doesn't suck. It's a great football game from Electronic Arts with a cool mode and a whole lot of football action to keep your thumbs twiddlin' a million miles an hour.
