Simon: What's in your iPod these days?
Anastasia Ashley: A little bit of everything... Maroon 5, 50 Cent, The Game, Britney Spears.
Simon: Are there any musicians or celebrities you'd like to date?
Anastasia Ashley: Jesse Metcalf for sure and the skateboarder, Chad Muska. They're both kinda my celebrity crushes. I'd love to take them for a surfing lesson.
Simon: What kind of things do you look for in a guy?
Anastasia Ashley: He's gotta have a good personality. He needs to be sweet, funny and caring and definitely loyal. Loyalty's really important to me.
Simon: What's been your most embarassing moment since you've started surfing?
Anastasia Ashley: At the US Open of Surfing in 2003, I was running a little late for my heat. I had just thrown on my wet suit and race jersey and I started running down the beach, when I totally wiped out. My wipeout happened to be on the Jumbo Tron screen, so like 10,000 people in the crowd and saw it, and everyone was asking me about it afterwards.
Simon: What's your biggest goal in surfing?
Anastasia Ashley: I'm very competitive and I'd like to have a long career on the surfing tour and I'd really like to win a World Surfing title one day.
