Pokemon Game Walkthrough: Capturing Wailord

Ok, so it's time to catch a whale. The first thing you should do is avoid anyone named Ahab! Now, there are two ways to do it and here they are.

Catching Wailord - To catch Wailord, head to the bottom-right corner of Route 129, pull out the Super Rod you got from Mossdeep City, and start fishing. Unfortunately Wailord is very rare so it's going to take a long time to catch one.

Evolving Wailord - The other option is to head to Pacifidlog Town or Mossdeep City and catch a Wailmer. Then, train your Wailmer until it reaches L40 and evolves into Wailord.
