Samba de Amigo :: Dreamcast Game Review

Dec 27, 2006

What the heck? Maracas in a video game? You better believe it! Samba De Amigo is a dance beat game with a mexican flair for your Sega Dreamcast. Grab the maracas and shake, shake, shake along with Amigo and Linda - the coolest duo since Ricky Martin and Christina Aguilera. It may seem bizarre but once you get it going you can bet that everyone's gonna be dancing to the beat.

Samba De Amigo Shakin' Basics

Samba starts you off with a half-dozen songs. They're all catchy tunes and, yes, you can maraca your way through the macarena. By keeping the beat and passing challenges you can unlock bonus songs for even more maraca madness. If you've got the net you can fire it up and download even more music for your dancing feet.

Samba De Amigo Dancin' Partners

Keeping the beat with you is Amigo the monkey, his cute friend Linda and some sweet backgrounds. Crowds of people, rainbow swirls and busy streets are all a part of the visual fun. Not the hottest graphics on the planet but they keep the dance mood flowing.

Samba De Amigo Final Shakedown

Samba De Amigo's breaking new ground with one of the best party games you'll ever plug in. Hook it up to your TV and people can't help but give it a shake. Samba de Amigo is one game you don't wanna miss, check it out amigo.
