This nine-piece set, which includes three planting pots, a peapod-shaped planter tray, trowel, soil and three packs of organic seeds (teddy bear sunflower, basil and zinnia), is made of recycled plastic - milk containers, to be specific. Yup, Green Toys takes the milk jugs that you toss in your blue recycling bin and reprocesses 'em into fresh plastic material called high-density polyethylene, which is considered to be one of the safest and cleanest plastics around. By using recycled plastic milk jugs, Green Toys is committed to helping save energy, reduce landfill waste and lower greenhouse gas emissions. So not only is this toy totally fun to play with, but also totally good for the earth! Have fun planting and growing beautiful flowers and fresh herbs with this green toy by Green Toys!
