Election Day

Turning 18 is a big deal. It means you are legal to serve on a jury, buy spray paint in the U.S., join the army and vote. In the U.S., women were only allowed to vote as early as 1920. Unfortunately, little more than half the eligible voters do so. Back to Article

There are multiple reasoning why schools have uniforms, none of which involve the torture children might go through: 1. Bullying- many students get bullied for what they wear, so if all students basically wear the same thing, then you are less likely to get bullied. 2.Inappropriateness - Some students, mainly in high school, tend to wear inappropriate clothes. 3.Blending in - This is very rare, but sometimes kidnappers are looking for a certain person, so if all the children look the same on the playground, then it will be harder to find that person. - Thanks, Loves!! :love
