Check out Kidzworld's book review of Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland!

Author: Lewis Carroll

When I was a kid, I would sit and watch Disney's Alice in Wonderland over and over and over again. I loved the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire cat and the white rabbit. But little did I know, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was 10 times better! Alice encounters other great characters that I had never seen in the Disney movie.

A Timeless Classic

Believe it or not, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland was written in 1865, well before Walt Disney was even born, and the story has only gotten better with time. From the second that Alice sees the white rabbit and goes chasing after him, I was captivated. Even though I knew most of the story, it didn't take away from the excitement of Alice tumbling down the rabbit hole or waiting to see if she would shrink or grow from drinking the mysterious liquid in the bottle marked 'Drink Me.'

Each Chapter Brings a New Adventure

Each time I finished a chapter, I was frantically flipping the page to see who Alice would meet next. Alice's Adventure's in Wonderland is almost a collection of short stories with a new setting and a new set of characters for every chapter. However, Alice's adventures eventually bring all the characters together at the very end of the book in the Queen's courtroom.

Everyone Should Read It

Everyone should read Alice's Adventures in Wonderland at least once in their life. No matter what year it is or how old you are, Alice's adventures will never become dull. Lewis Carroll also wrote Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There six years after Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, and some of the characters from this book also appear in the Disney movie.

Alice's Adventures in Wonderland Rating: 5

Yes there is life after death if you are saved and and go to church and you are a Christian and believe that Jesus died for the sins of the world and if you are the opposite you will go to hell

It don't really think this can be based on gender. I would say it's all about that persons upbringing. But, if I had to choose, I would say men. My dad is smart cook that seasons stuff to the tee and knows how to improvise. Don't get me wrong, my mom is a great cook as well.

I have to come up with the argument topic.\ NOOOOOO!!!  I am not active at all.  I have like literally died.  It's just this one day. Usually I hardly ever get an hour of activity every day. Only 2 hours of tennis every Thursday or the occasional hard gym period. -.-    Yeah, I'm fat. Same with my legs. o.O  @Shae Yeah, I've been writing, too. :(
