The Top 24 are finally revealed! After all the grueling auditions, your top 12 guys and top 12 girls are confirmed. Who among them will be the American Idol? Certainly not Chris Golightly. Chris was confirmed as one of the final 24 in last night’s episode, but just hours after the show aired, American Idol producers announced that the curly-haired contestant was out—and Tim Urban, another contestant who didn’t make the cut, is in! Apparently Chris had a previous recording contract before the show. That’s a big no no.
Michael Lynche broke an Idol rule too—his family revealed that he’d made it through Hollywood week before the show aired, but so far he’s still in the competition. Lucky guy!
