If you love movie-based games, make sure you don’t miss out on Alice In Wonderland for Wii. This video game is inspired by the Tim Burton film of the same name – and we think you’re gonna go wild for it!

Wii Wonderland

Most of us know the story of Alice In Wonderland. Whether your mom or dad read it to you as a kid or you saw the animated Disney version of the classic tale, the Mad Hatter, White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat and Queen Of Hearts are pretty familiar characters to us all.

Now you get to explore Alice’s magical world (just follow her down the rabbit hole!) on your Nintendo Wii! Not only that, it’s Tim Burton’s version of Wonderland, so you know it’s going to be colorful! In fact, the graphics are SO colorful in this game, they almost make you want to believe in magic again. Everything from the characters (who actually resemble the actors in the movie) to the environments look very magical, and the voiceovers in the game are phenomenal – most of them are done by the actual film’s actors and actresses. By playing this game, you’ll probably get a glimpse into what watching the movie will be like.

The Story

It’s been a decade (10 years) since Alice fell down the rabbit hole and ended up in a topsy-turvy world that’s nothing like her own home. Along the way, she lost her memory, and now it’s up to the White Rabbit and other Wonderland characters to help Alice recover her memory. Is she really Alice from 10 years ago? Answering this question is the goal of the game.

Game Play

You can use up to five characters when you play Alice In Wonderland on your Wii system. And if you have a friend who wants to help Alice remember her past (which is the point of the game), he or she can jump in and help you. In fact, the five playable characters in the game can be used by both you and a second player at the same time. Each of these five characters has his or her own special abilities that you can use in order to get further ahead in the game. For example, the White Rabbit can stop time while the March Hare is able to use telekinesis.

Another cool feature of this game is how the Wii Remote is used. Point your remote at an enemy and shake it to freeze them or to throw rocks at them. There’s a lot of motion sensor use in this game, which means a fun AND physical gaming experience through Alice In Wonderland.
