I practice Yoga. It really helps! And those 'poses' [they are known as asanas] are easy if you practice.

I can do ally hose moves because I am in gymnastics, tumbling competitive cheering and dance /ballet. Word of advice be slow when doing flips splits and stuff! it took me a while to get very very very flexible that was when I was 8 so 8 years ago. So take it slow do some warmups then watch YouTube videos or take a class or ask a flexible person for help!

I used to stretch everyday but now I don't. I'm starting ballet this year, and I want to he in shape again. I can still do the splits, luckily!!!
