The Smurfs

The Smurfs make their 3D first trip to the big screen Friday July 29th!

When the evil wizard of Gargamel chases the Smurfs out of their village, they're forced through a portal, out of their world and into ours, landing in the middle of New York's Central Park.  Just three apples high and stuck in the Big Apple, the Smurfs must find a way to get  back to their village before Gargamel tracks them down.

What's not to like? Its got a story, its got artwork which gets better every year and it's a lot of fun. You can get attached to the characters, feel emotion, etc. Its the same with reading a book, watching anime or even a movie. It just happens to be in a different format.  [This may seem weird but when I'm reading a manga I can hear the sounds]

It's easier to relate to a fictional character like naruto, natsu, fluffy, and indigo than it is to relate to real life people
