Tyler Blackburn Bio
If you are a fan of Pretty Little Liars then you know Tyler Blackburn, the actor who plays Hanna’s hunky boyfriend Caleb. Learn more about his newest project in his Kidzworld bio!
Tyler Blackburn was born in Burbank, California in 1986. His first TV appearance was on the show Unfabulous, which starred Emma Roberts and Malese Jow (Anna on The Vampire Diaries). After that he won roles on Next of Kin, Cold Case and Rockville CA before landing a 17-episode story arc on Days of Our Lives in 2010. Ashley Benson, Tyler’s on-screen girlfriend in PLL, was also on Days of our Lives from 2004 – 2007.
Hot Hunk
In 2010 Tyler joined the cast of Pretty Little Liars, playing the role of Caleb. Caleb is a “bad boy” who actually has a good heart, but is just misunderstood. The girls meet him when Jenna pays Caleb to spy on Hanna (Ashley Benson). But, instead he forms a connection with Hanna, who offers to let him live in her basement. Soon enough, the two begin to fall for each other and become an official couple. Things are just heating up between the couple and the show’s producers say Caleb will play a huge part in the second half of season two.
Peter Pan
Tyler has just taken on an exciting new webseries called Wendy. The series will run on Macys.com starting September 15, 2011. The show is a modern day retelling of the classic story of Peter Pan – but with a twist. It follows Wendy (Meaghan Martin), who can’t decide between reality and her fantasy world. Even though Wendy has a great boyfriend in real life, she can’t stop thinking about Peter, who is played by Tyler Blackburn! This is a show we just can’t wait to watch.
