Alix Lapri hails from Topeka, Kansas, where she developed a love of singing very young. By the time she was five years old she was already performing in public. Her first performance was a cover of Mariah Carey’s ‘Hero’. Alix also began recording her singing and posting it on YouTube. She currently has more than 1, 000, 000 YouTube hits.
Big Moves
In 2008 her dreams began to come true when she made a trip to Atlanta, Georgia to meet with a music producer. During this trip she held her first recording session and realized she wanted to record a whole album. With the encouragement of Penlight Productions, Alix and her family moved to Atlanta where she signed with the recording company.
Star Singer
After moving to Atlanta, Alix competed in the 2009 Miss Atlanta Girl competition. She won first place and got a scholarship to study acting and modeling for one year. Alix also won first place in the Atlanta’s Got Talent competition. She is currently working on a full length record, acting and modeling.
