I'm concerned that my curfew will be shorter now that it's going to get darker outside earlier than the previous seasons. Also, that first sentence though. XD

-ItsMona-: The clock went back an hour (depending upon where you live, some places don't observe Daylight Savings) at 2 am today. Personally, I prefer when it goes back an hour (extra hour for sleep! Yay! Big Grin).

To tell the truth, I don't understand how we sleep one more hour than before when you are just pushing it an hour back Indifferent

What Happens to the Clocks?

  • Spring forward, Fall backwards.
  • Fall over, spring for pizza.
  • Spring ahead, Fall's over.
  • Spring ahead, Fall back.

I think it's a really muddy area when it comes to talking about it because it's such a sensitive, personal, and dynamic topic. In the end, it should be taken as if you have negative feelings, you should get help in changing them whether you put a label on it or not. (3/3)

There are in fact people out there who actually want to have depression to fit in, to be cool, to be unique. And that hinders people's ability to get the help they need because people no longer take anybody seriously. But at the same time, why aren't we addressing the issues that cause somebody to feel the need to want to be depressed?
