here's my tip: wear a neon and black ripped up dress, really supah dark eyeliner and eye make-up, and a light lip-gloss smile oh! don't forget the rainbow/ neon colored hair with coon tails and teased! That is gonna be what I'm gonna wear to my prom! xD
