Dodoria
In story mode, beat Frieza with Vegeta to unlock Dodoria.

Recoome
Using Vegeta to beat Recoome on your first encounter will unlock him.

Yamcha
Use Cell to defeat Yamcha in story mode.

Zarbon
Use Vegeta to defeat Zarbon in story mode.

The Cell Story
Beat all the Android Saga levels to unlock two extra Cell levels.

The Frieza Story
Beat all the Namekian Saga levels to unlock two extra Frieza levels.
