Khleo Thomas Biography

Birthdate: January 30, 1989
Birthplace: Anchorage, Alaska

Khleo Thomas - Before Holes

Klheo Thomas was born in Alaska where his dad was stationed with the Army. Later the Thomas family moved to Southern California where Khleo began doing TV commercials when he was only six. Khleo Thomas decided to shorten his name for his acting career and picked Khleo (pronounced Cleo) because it was a combination of both his first and middle names - Khaleed Leon. Khleo Thomas landed a guest role on the T-NBC show City Guys and a role in the comedy movie Friday After Next before scoring the role of Zero in Holes.

Khleo Thomas - Lands Zero

Khleo Thomas auditioned three times for the role of Zero in the Disney hit movie Holes. First for the casting director, then for the director and finally he did a screen test (a filmed audition). Khelo didn't think he got the role because there were so many other kids at the screen test and no one seemed to pay attention to him. Two days later he got the part.

Khleo Thomas - Did U Know?

  • Khelo Thomas has two younger brothers, Khadeem and Khamel.
  • Neither Khelo Thomas nor Shia LaBeouf had read the book Holes before landing their parts in the movie.
  • Khleo Thomas' fave subject in school is science.
  • Khelo is into sports and loves to play basketball, baseball, football, skateboard, and lift weights with his dad.

    Khleo Thomas Says...

"After I read it [the book, Holes], I expected to be in the desert, but you just can't be ready for that until you're right there."

I thought it'd be cool for all the anime fans if there was a forum where we could find friends who like the anime we do :) Personally I really need some more friends who like what I do. Maybe you'll find someone who shares your love for something really obscure! Including manga too. To start off here are some favorites of mine: (just because one isn't here doesn't mean I might not like it too so everyone please share yours!) Black Butler D. Gray-Man No.6 Yu-Gi-Oh Seraph of the End Puella Magi Madoka Magica Horimiya Kekkai Sensen Free! Kyoukai no Kanata Tamako Market (especially its movie!!) Which channel do you think as of today is the best channel for kids today on cable. I would probably go with Disney XD. It's just as good as it was back in 2009 in my opinion and it has a great selection of shows. What do you think is the definitive channel for kids in 2016?
