One more week left of school! What a relief. Two months of no homework, no teachers and... no Kara! Kara just told me today that she won't be around for the summer. She's gonna be in Florida staying with her aunt and uncle for two months. She said something about getting a part-time job working at her uncle's alligator farm. I can't believe it. I brought her homework to her for a week when she was sick, I let her borrow my Gameboy for a whole weekend and I even paid when we went to the movies. Now, she decides she'd rather hang out with a friggin' gator all summer than hang with me.

Well, I'm not even gonna think about her anymore... I wouldn't even care if one of those gator's jumped out of the water and bit her arm off. Kara told me she'd miss me and promised to send me a postcard - but I don't think I'm gonna wait around. I'll meet new girls around here this summer. My brother Miguel says summer is the best time for meeting girls because that's when they're in the mood for love.

What do you peeps think? Should I forget about Kara and find a new girl or wait for Kara to get back at the end of the summer? Let me know what you think.

Yeah, that's the way to go, all you need is to get a grip, I mean it is just a girl. There are tons of other girls out there.
