With big tires and bumpin' beats, Dropstars are remote controlled model vehicles of some of the hottest custum show cars around. Check out these reviews of remote controlled cars and other toys for boys.

You may still need to wait a few years before you get your driver's licence - but don't let that stop you from driving a sweet ride. Dropstars remote controlled vehicles from Tyco are models of some of the hottest custom show cars around - including a Range Rover, Dodge Magnum and Lincoln Navigator. Each of the Dropstars is customized with huge tires, real flashing lights and a pumping sound system featuring hip hop beats. Want more? These vehicles also feature chrome bumpers, glowing rims and pretty good speed for a remote controlled car.

One downside to these vehicles is that they use a ton of batteries (not included, of course) - four AAs for the car and two more for the remote control. While real Range Rovers and Navigators have no problem burning over rough terrain, the remote controlled Dropstars aren't quite as powerful. You'll find they struggle to move over thick carpet or any kind of small obstacles. But if you're looking for a nice looking remote controlled vehicle to tie you over until you get your driver's license, the Dropstars customized cars are pretty sweet rides.
