Be careful little dude, the road will be real tough, your mind will start working differently but it will happen so slowly you won't even notice it... You'll start to notice thing you hadn't seen before, things you'd rather have ignored the whole time. and boom your no longer a kid so to speak. Friends leaving you? are they younger than you? cause you can just tell them their voices will break too. My 7 year old cousin called me a "Teenagerk" and I didn't even do anything jerkworthy... I was just a Teen and that's all that mattered. I unfortunately don't think I have any particularly good advice for you, but I totally understand... It takes great determination to carry on living... but it is worth trying...
