Best Dressed - Reese Witherspoon

This time last year, Reese and Ryan were the golden couple of the Oscars. A lot has changed since then, but Reese Witherspoon has bounced back from her divorce looking like a million bucks - but with better hair. She's been making it onto Best Dressed lists for every red carpet event she's attended since entering the single life, and she doesn't fail to do so at the 2007 Academy Awards in this fab gown made of eggplant-colored layers!

Best Dressed - Penelope Cruz

Penelope Cruz didn't snag the Oscar for Best Actress, but she was the clear winner on the red carpet in a blushing pink strapless gown fit for Cinderella! If anyone else had worn this, it could've ended up as a fashion disaster, but Penelope pulled it off and owned the spotlight. The only question is, when is her Prince Charming going to show up?

Best Dressed - Honorable Mentions

Kate Winslet - Kate Winslet channeled a Greek goddess in a minty green, one-shouldered gown.

Leonardo Dicaprio - We don't care if Leo didn't win for Best Actor. He's the king of the world and he gets our vote for best dressed male!

Jennifer Lopez - J.Lo didn't need any jewelry cuz her flowing gown had built-in bling!
