Best Dressed - Chris Brown

Chris Brown kept it casual on the red carpet in a track jacket, hoodie and T-shirt, but dressed up as Charlie Chaplin and totally wowed the crowd in a show-stopping performance of his hot new single, Wall to Wall! Both his outfit and performance were number one in our books.

Best Dressed - Rihanna

We were stoked that Rihanna won two VMAs for her hit song, Umbrella, cuz that meant we got to see more of her lookin' hot, hot, hot in her hot pink strapless gown.

Best Dressed - Honorable Mentions

Justin Timberlake - Justin Timberlake rocked another cute suit, though we wouldn't mind seeing him in somethin' else for a change.
