I am playing Dead island right now with this kid, and he gave me an awesome weapon, but he said that his friend modded the weapon and now the weapon is super powerful. By any chance could I get banned for accepting the weapon?

I mean first his friend modded it and then I joined the game (I didn't know it was) and now he gave it to me and I don't know who his friend is

no u cant get banned. what game man? just dont play it for a while

and games like dead island or borderlands are meant to have modded weapons u cant get banned and if u dont believe me just dont play it for a month

Na you want get banned i mod games all the time E.G on skyrim im level 255 with all armour and evreything with unlimted health i think your getting the picture
