I have to disagree with this. Noise by its most common definition is any undesired sound. 
I said noise was music since there is a genre of music known as Noise. And as you described it, it's a very undesirable sound by lots of people. Examples being Masonna and Merzbow.

Telling someone to "f" themselves for not liking a genre of music isn't very reasonable.
And Skrillex is Brostep, not Dubstep.
