So Slenderman is a tall, slender man who is known for abduction to children. He has no face, and he wears a suit. Slender is normally seen around in the trees, or bushes perhaps. Just where no one can see him/where the amount of people is tiny, and watches his target. Afterwards him and his target disappear forever and that's just what I have heard, so I may be wrong. And of course.. a man with no face is out there kidnapping kids. No.

Slenderman was a fictional monster created by the people over at the SomethingAwful forums, specifically an individual named Victor Surge, who began to photoshop a tall, faceless man wearing a suit with tentacles coming out of his back into real black-and-white photos of children at playgrounds, schools, etc.
The game came much later on, and many of the older fans condemn it, blaming it for Slenderman's ascent into the mainstream.
