Help when I was little I bit my nails now I can't stop I still do it and sometimes I don't even know it how can I stop? P.S. I even do it when nail polish is on it PLZ HELP

Find out what causes this. Nervousness? Boredom? If so, try curing it by giving your hands something to do: writing, drawing, knitting, etc., Good luck!

Try to chew gum or like up there^^ something to keep your teeth or hands busy

Usually the cause for biting nails is boredom. Try doing something else with you hands to keep them busy. It sometimes works if you spread something you don't like over your nails like mustard ect.

I have this problem too. I've heard if you are distracted or playing your fave game, you don't bite your nails. Is their some food you hate, like PB? Smear it on your fingers, you won't bite them. (that's for home BTW)

I agree with what I am epic said, but what I do is paint my nails, so then, when I try to bite my nails, I taste the ucky taste of nail polish!!! :P

i still do it cuz  i did it so long the taste doesn't it bother me anymore so what should i do?

Or what about some kind of food you hate that is able to stick to your fingers?  Keep your hands busy doing something, it doesn't matter. Or do something to get biting your nails out of mind.
