nost of the time this stage in a boy his age will pass over (so it can be a phases) however is he verbaly or phisicly bullying you? if its physical then tell your parents because if that behavure continues he will stay like that. if its verbal thenyou can do afue things like ignor him.  (learn to toon him out when hes insulting you)  However if its absolute horible insults get your parents (hes 8 he shouldent be curcing at all) (become the big brother/sister figure)  someimes try to throw in a "why would you do/say that?" "what did i do to you?"  "thats horible, whay would you do/say that?" hopfully he is smart enoph to understand that he is hurting you afterword.  (makes him think about it) hope it hellps.
