Luna sniffed the air. "Dont smell a marking. This is no-wolf's land. I can't have any other wolves near the carabou land. That's our food, in our territory, and we cant risk another wolf hunting there." She smirked at the small pup, thinking he could defend himself.

As June continued to go on, she saw two adults and one pup. She hid under the safety of the trees. Silver dug herself a temporary den and crawled in.

"Psh." Luna said. "That's a pups mark. I remember when I would do that." Luna walked over to a tree behind her and lowered her tail, and rubbed her backside just above her tail agenst the tree. The scent glands relesed her scent, then she went over to another tree behind that and urinated on it. "Thats the way of an adult wolf. You'll learn when your pack nurse or your parents teach you. But for now, if I were you, I wouldn't try and mess with my pack." She growled. She had been suprised at the pup's confadence, though.
