Jake heard voices of different people and quickly ducked behind a tree. He peeked out and saw that they had weapons. His pulse quickened. Should I stay here, show myself, or run away? He froze against the tree.

(I am SO SO SO sorry, everybody ): )

Miyoko looked at Jakkie with a long, tired face. Adam was confused and just wanted to go home.
"Kid, I think we're all pretty tired. Where did you see him last?" she says quietly, not looking at her, but still looking for the noise she heard.

(lets just say this is a few hours before Miyoko's think happened. Not like a time difference, this just happened before?)
Ethan went for a walk through the woods. As he got more and more tired, he found himself getting farther and farther. Until eventually he saw a sign that said that Chicago was only 200 miles away now. He found a deserted bar and decided to go in and sleep in one of the booths. Most of the good #### had already been taken, all was left was old stuff that no body likes. But he took some anyway, he didn't bring his pack with him.
