4-5 cups of clean snow
1 cup of full fat milk-icy cold
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence optional
add the sugar and vanilla essence (if included) to the milk and stir until all the sugar dissolves in it.
add spoonfuls of snow slowly and constantly stir until it is as thick as normal ice-cream.
Pop it in the freezer for later or tuck in and enjoy straightaway!
