I really can't stop Eating I be eating pancakes because I am trying to be alot skinner but I am just skinny that's all I am only 4 ft tall and 5 inches and I only weigh about 16 pounds.

You are too young to be caring about your weight at the moment and I'm most certain you do not weigh 16lbs. Otherwise, you'd be admitted to the hospital and being fed though a tube. Obviously you are not. So don't falsify this. If you're wanting to lose weight; why not try eating whole wheat pancakes instead? I would recommend only eating one pancake with no butter or syrup. Don't even try crash dieting either. Jc
